we are making it through twenty-twenty, as arduous as it is.

it’s been such a rough year on all of us emotionally.

i want to thank you for your support - because it is through that that i get to keep doing what i’m doing and making what i’m making.

i’m grateful to keep growing, creating and pushing towards hope within this community of ours and i am appreciative beyond words for you to be here with me.

small business saturday is really just an excuse to highlight small businesses everyday.

less is more and if you can be a bit more thoughtful with your purchases by supporting an artist and getting something you want or need, that infinitely goes the distance. an opportunity to buy from someone locally or own an object that is handmade is extra special because you are helping out one another, and when there needs to be an exchange of goods - there is nothing sweeter than that.

to show my appreciation for you, any tiny bones press order purchased this weekend will have a less is more print included with it - for you to have or share - no code necessary.

and for the latest with always looking, we have expanded offerings below and any order placed this weekend will get a smile pin to keep you in good spirits for all the days ahead.

hope everyone and all that you know are still healthy and doing alright.

and most importantly - if you or anyone you know lives in georgia, here is a link to access some information about the upcoming runoff elections

always looking has expanded some offerings for you!

a tote bag to hold your book haul - and a pin to make you smile.

and … the most exciting is that you can order a signed 8x10” digital photographic print of any of david james swanson’s images from the book.

we have a guide of some favorites on the site, but honestly all images are beautiful on their own and available to choose from.

super affordably priced at $60 including usps first class shipping, or a pairing at $100 (use code APAIR at checkout), all profits go to the artist and are made to order.

purchase one of your child’s favorite images for them to remember long after they outgrow the book - or get one for yourself to remind you of this time in their lives.

in short: it’s a not-so-precious first photography book, in long: always looking will engage and inspire your awareness of the present moment - and foster that in your young one (and remind us of it).
