it's fall and there's a lot happening

how are you all doing?

it’s a daunting time. overwhelming and difficult to navigate for so many. i’m grateful, i’m tired and i’m anxious. and i think that on some level that is a collective energy.

in attempts to mitigate those feelings, i’ve tried to do some work on inner self, restructuring of business and getting into alignment with creating more of an equitable, calm and mindful existence for our community. a lot of things are out of our control at the moment and that is an unnerving feeling for someone like myself who relies on control, structure and routine as a way to manage daily stressors.

with all that being said, i limited releases this year to three new items. all things that i’ve personally used this past year to help myself and hopefully some of them can help you as well.

hope everyone and all that you know are still healthy and doing alright.

some discount codes are at the bottom of this newsletter, as well as a link to the instagram giveaway.

and most importantly - here is a link to access voting info - please, please, please have your plan in place if you haven’t voted already.

the rest reset rest daily notebook is one that has been really helpful in not only focusing my own energy onto tangible things and ideas (instead of incessant thoughts) but in doing so for five minutes every night, it has helped my awareness the next day.

the practice of writing every night was something that i did as a teenager and throughout college, yet abandoned as a routine as i grew older. don’t get me wrong - i am essentially a notebook collector - but the commitment was not something i could count on.

70 pages to guide you through a full month or moon cycle, digitally printed on recycled hemp paper in a soft white. the cover is also recycled hemp in a brighter white shade with a blind letterpress title.

these are easy prompts meant to guide you into quick free thought answers. not time consuming, but really thoughtful and grounding. and lots of free space on the opposite page to draw or tape up some paper ephemera. and also, a neutral minimal design.

the other new offerings are a mood boosting daily list notepad - and a small blind letterpress “less is more” print which has been an ever present ethos in my life and one that i made a point to refocus on as we began 2020. it’s been one wild ride since then and this visual reminder has really helped me remember.

I am so, so grateful for all of your continued support and have some other exciting things in the near future to share with you. …so until then
