twenty-twenty one, we've been waiting for you
well, we made it and while a flip of the calendar doesn’t mean a radical change automatically happens,
it sure does inspire and give fresh breath into new possibilities - and who doesn’t want that?
it’s been really nice to get in all the holiday cards this year, especially since the babes now are looking at them and recognizing the promise of new friends.
yet, i can never quite get it together to send out holiday cards myself - with the rush of the holiday small business season now coupled with the reality of two two year olds, i (gracefully?) fall into the category of the shoemaker who has no shoes. ha
BUT i can get behind a new year’s card, and would argue that they are almost more fitting this year than ever before. you don’t need a card of course to share the sentiment of a new start, but it is one of the thoughtful ways to do it.
i think if we can all do a little something for someone else that you care about during this new energy, then that would be a big way to move forward with optimism.
my own new year’s cards are available for you if you want to send one to a friend or get one for yourself as a reminder. they are A2, extra thick soft ivory recycled cotton stock, blind pressed. ….and only available until sunday, january 10th. they are limited, but they ship free and i can even write and send one out for you if you want pure ease.
other thoughtful things to do : send a text or note to a friend, share an article or photo that will inspire someone, make sure someone you know in georgia is voting warnock and ossoff into senate TODAY!
